Is Higgsfield Down Right Now?

Check the current status first

Start with our live Higgsfield status page. It reports whether generation, sign-in and billing are behaving normally. If the indicator is green but you still cannot generate, the fault is most likely local to your account, browser or network.

Signs of a real outage

• Every prompt fails immediately, regardless of model or settings.
• The dashboard loads but queued jobs never leave "pending".
• Other users are reporting the same failure at the same minute on X or Reddit.
• API calls return 5xx errors instead of 4xx errors.

Signs the problem is yours, not theirs

• Only one project or one model fails.
• You see a credit, quota or payment message.
• A different browser, device or network works fine.

What to do during an outage

Stop resubmitting the same prompt. Repeated retries during a partial outage can consume credits on jobs that will never finish. Wait for the status indicator to clear, then re-run one job as a test. If credits were taken for failed renders, follow the billing charge fix to request a correction.

If it is not an outage
