1. Wait: queued is not failed. Keep the tab open during peak hours.
2. Re-run one short prompt with default settings to test the pipeline.
3. Re-encode inputs to standard MP4/H.264 or JPEG/PNG within documented limits.
4. Rephrase prompts that may trip content moderation.
5. Confirm your credit balance covers the full job length.

Isolate the trigger

Change one variable at a time - model, duration, resolution, motion strength - until the failure disappears. That identifies the setting responsible.
